You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to return it back. We recommend you make a refund during the first 7 days, to meet the deadline successfully.

Refunds will be made after we receive the goods and check them. The money will be returned to you within 3 to 30 business days.

To place an order, add the product to the basket and select your city. The shipping cost is calculated automatically. We ship by Russian post, 1st class parcels are only sent after 100% prepayment. International orders are shipped by EMS.

Delivery terms
Delivery time depends on the region of residence and dexterity of employees of the Post. On average, parcels reach customers from 3 to 14 weekdays but may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.

The international delivery time is on average from 7 to 21 calendar business days.

After placing your order, check the SPAM folder just in case. The paid order will arrive at the nearest post office at the address you specified in your order.

You can pick up your goods yourself at the address: St. Petersburg, st. Arsenal 7, tattoo studio Backstage. When registering, choose “Pickup” as the delivery method, pay for the order. We will contact you when the order is ready for delivery.

You will receive your order at the pick-up point within 1-7 business days.

There are limited products from the store in the studio, that can be bought right away,  without prior ordering.

You can pay for the transaction through Yandex.Kassa in any way: by credit card, electronic money, through Sberbank, with cash through terminals, or Internet banks. And all without commission.

We use your contact information only for delivery and do not share or give it to third parties. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the User Agreement and agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.
Where do you deliver orders?
We deliver orders using the Russian Post to all settlements of the Russian Federation. As well as using EMS service around the world. While making an order, you can choose an option based on the cost and delivery time.

How to pay for the order?
We accept payment through the Yandex.Kassa service, so you can pay for the goods in a convenient way, including VISA / MasterCard, Apple / Google Pay, Yandex.Money, etc.

How much does shipping cost?
The site will automatically calculate the shipping cost during the checkout process. There are several ways, each buyer chooses the best price/speed ratio of the delivery for himself.

How to track ordered and paid goods?
After the payment, you will get an email with your check and tracking code, which you can use on the site or on the iOS and Android apps.

Didn't receive the tracking code in your email?
First, check the SPAM folder, or write to [email protected] with the description of the problem, including the name and order number.

When will the order be delivered?
After placing an order for the processing, packaging, and shipment of goods, it takes up to 3 business days and extra 7-10 weekdays. The delivery time directly depends on the chosen delivery method.

What to do if the size didn't fit or I am not completely satisfied with the product? How to return the goods?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. The money will be returned on your card, which was used for paying the order, within 3-30 business days from the date of the return process.

How about washed clothes?
Unfortunately, we do not return or change things after washing and socks.

I ordered the product, but my order was canceled because it was not in stock. How come?
Even if the product is listed on the site as “in stock”, we cannot guarantee that it is available now. The store has the right to change or stop the sale of any or all products without prior notice, as well as cancel any order.
